Why do I need this?
Some company systems are not meant to be open to the public internet. They may contain internal tools, sensitive information, operational platforms, or customer data.
QNova Client helps protect that access.
Instead of connecting directly to those systems, your device connects through a secure private tunnel controlled by your organization. Your administrator decides who can enter, when access is allowed, and which parts of the network each user can reach.
That means you get the access you need, while the organization keeps control over what must stay protected.
What happens after installation?
After installing QNova Client, you will be able to sign in using the method configured by your organization. In some cases, this may include your company credentials, a security certificate, or multi-factor authentication.
Once connected, QNova Client quietly works in the background to keep your access secure. You do not need to understand how encryption, certificates, or network rules work. That part is handled by your IT team.
You just connect, work, and disconnect when you are done.
Can I use it without an invitation from my organization?
No. QNova Client only works for authorized users. Your administrator must grant access before you can connect.
Do I need technical knowledge to use it?
No. After installation, QNova Client is designed to be simple for everyday users. Your IT team manages the technical configuration.
What should I do if I cannot connect?
