Legal
Everything that governs your use of QuantumNova, our website and the data that passes through either. Four documents, kept separate so you can find the one you need without reading the other three. If something here contradicts a signed contract you have with us, the contract wins.
The documents
Privacy policy What personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it under the GDPR. This is the one to read if you filled in a form on this site or if your organisation is assessing us as a processor.
Terms and conditions The rules for using our software and this website. What we commit to, what we do not, and what happens if either side wants to stop.
Cookies policy What this website stores on your device, what each cookie is for, and how to refuse the ones that are not strictly necessary.
Legal notice Who we are as a company, in the formal sense. Registered name, address, company details and how to serve us notice.
For security and procurement teams
If you are assessing QuantumNova as a supplier rather than reading as a visitor, these documents are the start and not the whole answer.
We can also supply the documented cryptographic inventory by subsystem, our alignment to FIPS 203, FIPS 204 and CNSA 2.0, and evidence of our accreditation by Portugal's National Cybersecurity Centre. Those are the artefacts a security questionnaire usually asks for, and they are not on a public page.
When these change
We update these documents when the law changes or when the product does. Material changes get a date at the top of the document and, where the law requires it, we tell affected users directly rather than quietly editing the page.
