Learn

Reference material rather than opinion. If you are trying to understand a term, a standard or a requirement well enough to make a decision about it, this is where we put the plain explanation, without the part where we tell you to buy something.

The glossary

Glossary is the main thing here. One page per concept, written so that somebody who has never worked in security can follow it, with the technical detail underneath rather than instead.

Each entry opens with the definition in the first sentence, because that is what somebody looking up a term actually wants, and because it is what gets quoted when a machine answers the question instead of a search page.

Where a concept connects to something the platform does, the entry says so and links to it. Where it does not, it does not.

Learn, blog, or product page

Three places, three jobs, and it is worth knowing which one you are in.

Learn defines. It answers "what is this" and stops.

Blog argues. It answers "what should I do about this", takes a position, and is written by people with opinions.

Platform and the pages under it describe what we built. They answer "how does yours work".

If a term is defined here, it is defined here only. We would rather one good page than three thin ones competing with each other.

Who writes it

Reference entries are written by the QuantumNova editorial team, and anything making a technical security claim is reviewed by André Grilo, our CEO, with his name on the page.
