Questions partners ask
Does a partnership come with analysts or a monitoring service?
No. We are not a security operations centre. QuantumNova is a product: your client’s own people read the risk score and the evidence, or you read it for them as part of your service. If managed detection is what the deal needs, that part is yours to bring.
Does my client need new hardware?
No. The gateway can run on hardware they already own or in their own cloud. If they would rather not manage one, we can ship a gateway that arrives set up, or run it on our servers.
How do I get into the partner area?
You need two things: an authorisation from us, which comes once your partnership is approved, and the QNova Client connected on the device you are using. Without both, the partner area will not open.
